Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes, our two vegetarian broths are gluten-free

Do your dishes contain nuts or other allergens?

Accepted Answer

Our broths and dishes may contain common allergens, including nuts.  Please refer to our detailed allergen chart and inform our staff of any allergies before you order.

Question 4

Do you use MSG in your food?

Accepted Answer

We do not include additional MSG during the cooking process.  However, some broths such as Sukiyaki and Signature Broth may contain naturally occurring MSG from ingredients like soy sauce.

Question 5

How are your meats prepared and cut?

Our chickens are hand-processed by our meat suppliers.  Beef and lamb are machine-cut and hand-trimmed for quality and consistency.

Do you take reservations or have a waitlist for walk-ins?

We currently do not take reservations. Please kindly walk-in anytime to join our waitlist in the restaurant.
